Had an order that was Hand to Recipient and needed a pin. Their apartment was a 3 digit number and not a letter (very specific) They message to just leave at their door. While I’m on chat with support to ask if it’s okay to leave, they were blowing up my messages why the order wasn’t marked delivered, why won’t I leave it at the door. Support said it’s fine to leave at the door if they text me the pin. When I was leaving the complex they called and I answered. They said “Where is my food” and I responded “The food was left at the apartment number provided to the address provided”. “Well there are two apartments with that same number in this complex so you left it at the wrong one, you better give me my food” I responded “Please contact customer support for any issues regarding your order” and hung up. I denied multiple phone calls until they left this lovely voicemail.
