hard time seeing over the steering wheel

i’m a 5’2 female and i’ve tried sitting in SUVs and sedans and no matter what I cannot see over the steering wheel even with the seat adjusted as high as it goes and i would hate to have to use a cushion. any advice ?

edit: i’ve tried adjust the wheel too,, it’s not the wheel that’s the problem it’s the seat height (i also just don’t like how using a cushion feels while driving if that makes sense as well ?)
