Dubai cheque bounce

I lent a guy 20K aed as a friendly loan for his business, he gave me 2 post dated cheques of 13K and 7K. Now the guy isn’t responding to me anymore its been 4 months. How do I get my money back? Can i deposit the cheque? I am sure it will bounce due to insufficient balance in his ac. How do i file a case against him? My bank is adcb and his is nbq.
