how to make high doses somewhat enjoyable

every single experience i’ve had with dxm over like 400mg has just been uncomfortable and weird asf, i just feel brain dead, no cool universes i travel to or seeing entities or beings or even getting visuals that you can somewhat understand would be nice but no. it just feels like a weird fever dream, time dosent make sense, processing any information even basic shit just makes no sense and makes u think about it 5x deeper for no reason, anyways i just wanna have a good high dose trip that i’m just listening to music and melting away to a different universe, any advice or tips or stories of similarity would be nice
