How can I increase my Ender 3 V2 print speeds using PrusaSlicer? (x-post /r/3dprinting)

I normally use Simplify3d but have been testing PrusaSlicer recently and like it a lot. The only issue I really have with it is that it is extremely slow compared to Simplify3d. Simplify3d will print in 3 hours what it takes 7 in PrusaSlicer. I have an Ender 3 (I have a V2) profile loaded, and have played around a little, but I've never had to configure things like jerk etc and don't really want to play with too many variables at once. Does anyone have any advice on getting better print speeds with a V2 using PrusaSlicer?
