Cura 4.8 Beta for Win64?

I am kind of new to this and see people recommending using Cura 4.8 instead of 4.7. When I go to github, I see the 4.8 Beta page but only AMD .exe asset files and no other download options. Are betas normally worked on in AMD code and then made with Win64 prior to release to stable? Thanks in advance.
