PC Build for Max EU4 Performance

Just wondering what kind of pc builds you guys have when playing EU4. Currently have an i5 4690k and RX470 which does run well, but it’s been a while since I last upgraded and was thinking of doing so now, with the smoothest EU4 gameplay possible being high on the agenda, any part recommendations would be great!
