Clothes with a subtle "touch of quirk"

Hey everyone! I'm looking to add more pieces to my wardrobe. I don't know what style this is, but what I like is nice, simple clothes with a subtle "touch of quirk." Here are some examples of what I mean:

• Solid color shirt that is otherwise plain but has an interesting texture (bubble example, eyelet example)
• Solid color top with one embellishment, like interesting sleeves, or collar, or cut (collar example)
• Shirt with interesting pattern detail or color block (pattern example, color block example, color detail example)

I'm generally thinking of tops, but interesting pants could work as well.

I like colors that are neutral (whites, beiges, blacks, browns, blues) and earthy tones or jewel tones. I can handle a pop of color on a neutral base, haha. Or color blocks that are not too flashy. 😅

I personally try to avoid anything that's too busy, too bright, or screams "look at me!"

Curious if you have pieces in your wardrobe that would fit the descriptions above, and/or tips for finding shops or makers that frequently feature clothes like the above.
