If we have to respond, why aren’t we all sending the same boilerplate 5 things email responses?
Ok so let’s say we are directed to respond, everyone in the same series/job title for each subagency should be directed to list the exact same tasks (with no specific qualitative information) taken from the job description or performance management plan or the statutory language of the regulations.
If everyone who performs the same tasks has exactly the same reply, and it’s coming straight from already available sources, the AI gets no new information (if that is part of the purpose of having us do this exercise) and also there’s no differentiation between employees which would thwart any “loyalty tests” or whatever.
I don’t understand why this isn’t coming up as the most obvious solution. What am I missing here? Or can we all just coordinate within our teams to make this happen?
