All that hard work gone

I'm so upset. Last week my phone glitched out and needed to be repaired. Yesterday the tech who came to fix it bricked it up and now I can't retrieve anything off it. I thought I had attached my finch account to my Google account and backed it up, but apparently not so now I have to start all over again! I don't even know where to begin
