I made this quick chicken Malvan curry and pan fried chicken Malvani style in a roll. For last nights dinner and lunch today.

Malvan spice mix is a regional coastal spice mix in Maharashtra, India. This was given to me by my friend and it is absolutely mind-blowing. It numbs my tongue most of time, and I love it. It's full of flavour.
