Steering rotation for each car

Do we have to adjust this setting for each car? Tried using the M4 GT3 car yesterday and it felt insanely understeery until I figured this out—I had to set it down to like 60% to make the car turn properly.

Do we have to adjust this for each car? Is there an easier way around it? Since it’s not in degrees of rotation, it’s not intuitive at all.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
