I did not receive a poll.

I received a ballot.

I, along with 70+% of the voting membership, voted to reject the ENTIRE tentative agreement AFTER knowing the new president and risks associated.

You should not get to choose which portions get arbitrated simply because you are scared, do not want to do the job our dues pay for, and do not want to fight for us.

The time for polling was 2023.

The time for arbitration was 2023.

It is now 2025.

You have to fight for your membership, or step down and let somebody that will.

Otherwise, we are paying dues to work more hours out of necessity (work rules) for less pay (economics).

That doesn’t add up.
