will testosterone make my hair thinner? because it's already thin

my family has no history of balding, and my male relatives hair don't look thinner than mine. i did notice that 3 of them have thick eyelashes, and one of them used to have really thin hair from when he was a baby, but it eventually just thickened itself.

im still really anxious of the effects it would have on me though, since I've never seen anyone bring up how testosterone thickened their hair. help?
