91 Konate

How do people find 91 Konate after a full WL with him? Reason I ask (and it may be a skill issue) is because I genuinely feel like he’s not elite. I played him with Lucio this weekend and he was good, but Lucio was much better. Got my 11 wins but felt like Konate was slower and was much easier to pass. Scored a couple corner headers though. Will prob bring 90 Hierro back in now
