Found Lead Bar in garden

We just got a new house and it came with some snazzy peppers and I'm looking to plant something else and found that bar, ngl I don't have the mental facilities to even try and understand this absurd situation so can yall tell me if I should be worry about like contamination. Before you ask anything trust I'm just as confused as you are.
