Where should I stay?

Organising a trip to your city in August, long overdue!

It's my first time visiting, I'm looking for advice on which areas to stay in when booking through AirBnB. I'm in my 20's and visiting with my girlfriend. Recently had a battle with cancer so looking for somewhere with good transport links to the city centre as I'm not great at long walks at the moment!
