1. Beth Monroe (S4 Ep16,17) The first trial success of the shepherd method. A tragic but memorable storyline and a badass personality that would be a fan favourite if she had a love storyline with a doctor.

2. Helen Crawford (S3 Ep18) Derek’s old friend from new york, they seemed really close and their relationship was so cute. I would have loved her transferring to seattle grace as she is also a doctor.

3. Gwen Graber (S2 Ep23) A hard working divorce attorney that george and izzie spend a day with. We saw her sodt side who was totally adorable and all her scenes made me feel like home.
