Want to transition to Hetzner, need help

I don't have much experience with system administration, but since our current VPS provider is unreliable, I'm looking to transfer our infrastructure to Hetzner. However, due to my inexperience, I'm not really sure how our setup can be transferred over, or even which Hetzner product would best suit our needs, so any advice would be most welcome.

Our current setup is as follows:

• One database server running MySQL, currently using ~800 GB of disk space.
• One database server running MongoDB, currently using ~1.7 TB of disk space.
• Five web servers running Apache Tomcat, each hosting around 20 applications.
• One reverse proxy.
• One utility server running Docker containers for monitoring, automation, etc.

All the servers, except the reverse proxy, are hidden behind a VPN.

What combination of Hetzner products would enable me to mimic this setup?

Now, I'm not sure if this setup even makes sense, but it's the one I know and would be the easiest for me to transition. However, I would also be happy to hear any advice on how to go about this.
