Seeking recommendations for legal help pursuing a dodgy builder for materials costs not provided and reparation for damages to property

Im honestly too exhausted to go through it all at this point again in this post. DM if necessary.

Can anyone suggest a solicitor? Do i really have to go thru CBOS first? They seem so powerless and this bloke already has a bunch of cases wrapped up with them so Im expecting it to go nowhere if that's my only avenue.
