opinions on Ontario/canadian education?

Hi everyone, this is not for me but for my dad. He’s looking to shift careers into home inspection and wants to get some formal education in it and I’m trying to help him find the best option for him in terms of schooling. The options he’s looking at now are the ICA School and the online Niagara College program. If you’re based in Ontario, did you use either of these? Did you find them worthwhile? Did you go into a completely different program that you valued your experience with? Any and all advice appreciated, thank you!! :)
