What hot sauce would go nicely on a cheese omelette?

I've recently started eating cheese omelettes because I'm malnourished (health stuff) and my body is desperately craving them, despite not much caring for eggs. I've added some dill and pepper (I salt after), but was considering throwing my favorite El Yuc XXX.

Has anyone tried hot sauce on omelette? Do you mix with the eggs or put in with the filling? Any recommendations or suggestions for how much? Thanks!
