Light Bleeding Post Op

Hey y'all. I'm about 11DPO, I had basically 3 small spots the day of surgery and haven't bled since. I'm currently out of town visiting my mom, no heavy lifting but she did want me to move an item or two and I'm having some spotting suddenly. Should I be concerned? It's a Saturday night so I can't really call any office to check in. I'm just mostly paranoid now because I haven't bled and now it's spotting with bright red...

ETA: I will say I forgot I have a massive pimple RIGHT AT THE TOP of my labia... Which is where the blood is going on my underwear. And the pimple does feel wet, so more than likely I'm just being paranoid at this point.
