Looking for a budget bluetooth reciever

TLDR: looking for a bluetooth audio reciever at around 20-50usd that won't create static when used with my KZ zsn iems.

So I'm looking for a budget bluetooth audio reciever for my KZ's zsn, my reasoning is that I want to be able to use them without using a dongle for my iphone so I don't need the reciever to function as a dac nor as an amp but it's hard for me to find. I've looked into the fiio ubtr and es100 but they're both unavailable in my country. I've also looket into the Fiio btr11 but I've read that it creates background noise with low-resistance units such as my KZ's. Right now I'm thinking of getting a fiio btr3k but seeing that it costs around 3 times as much as the previously mentiond units which are impossible to get I'm wondering are there any other options.
