What's up with this dog

The other day. I saw this dog. I have never seen this dog before let alone feed it. I usually feed two dogs in front of my house. Those two dogs barely come inside the gate. But this one. Well it came inside the gate and even inside my home and was chilling like we were best buds😭. I tried giving it food and water but it wasn't interested in any of that and it just kept coming wherever I went. Even to the bathroom 💀. Idk what to do
