First responders activity at College Park offices?

Was just up around 86th and Michigan Rd area and there was a LOT of police, fire, and EMS activity in one of the parking lots not far from the Pyramids, where all the office buildings area. Citizens app isn't showing anything. Anyone know what's going on?
