NTorQ V/S Activa 125 V/S Yamaha RayZR 125

So, I'm planning to purchase my 1st scooter, and I wanted to go with Activa 125 but 1 of my friend said go for Yamaha RayZR but I have never driven it. Although, I have driven NTorQ Race Edition but on reddit I read that its after sales service is pathetic. So I'm very confused which one scooter to go for and which edition. I'm going to drive nearby Dehradun, Musoorie and all, not gonna do daily long drive just twice-thrice in a week.

Any suggestion would be great. I just wanted to understand which scooter would be great and how would be the after sales service of any of the above mentioned scooters.

PS: Plus, help me understand if I go for RayZR 125 which has 10inch tires and NTorQ has 12inch tires, are these diameters of tires going to make any difference in preventing the scooty from slipping on hills or anything?
