I'm scared of sleeping???
After daylight savings, I suddenly couldn't sleep. I couldn't fall asleep and I'd wake up all night. Now, I can't fall asleep because when I start to drift off, I jolt myself awake and the idea of falling asleep makes my heart race.
I've been running on 3-5 hours of sleep all week and I don't know what to do. Literally nothing has changed but I suddenly wake up all night long, and it's having a horrible impact on my mood. I've become really anxious and irritable.
I just want to go back to my normal routine. I don't know what to do. Is it possible to be scared of sleep or am I crazy?
