How much weight loss is realistic
I have exactly 80 days until my birthday and I’d like to lose 25-30 lbs. I weigh 300 pounds and I’m 5’8. How much weight do you think I could lost consistently if I start keto today? (It’s midnight.) I really need to get this weight off, I have high BP. Also, what are some tips you have for someone who is addicted to sugar and carbs but wants to do keto? Thanks In advance
