Can guys have long hair in Korean schools?

I'm currently designing characters in a Korean school setting. I know that a majority of traditional strict hair rules have been removed, especially in the last few years, even if for some it depends on the school.

But this question is one I couldn't find a direct answer to when googling, so I'd love to hear wether you know schools where it's allowed, if at all.
