Kpop Idols Are Dying Their Hair Less ???
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like I’ve noticed an overall decrease in groups dying their hair? And if they do, they usually stick to more neutral colors like dark brown or black. I feel like I don’t see the crazy neon/bright colors I used to see that is/was very much associated with kpop.
Do you guys think this is an intentional shift? Have you also noticed this with groups?? Is it possible that stylists are doing this because the idols that are debuting are younger, so it could possibly damage their hair severely? Curious about everyone’s thoughts!
edit: just wanted to say thank you guys for all of your responses !! this was my first reddit post ever and you've all been really informative in the replies, thank you :) also the big consensus is: the boy/girl next door concept is trending (according to user dior_a and other redditors!!).
