Neck pain??

Since quitting alcohol and replacing it with Kratom 5 months ago, I've been having almost constant neck pain. I've had neck issues for years, but never this long/intense. I took a day off once and it didn't do anything. Just curious if anyone has dealt with this and can share their experience.
