Is this landscaping quote reasonable?

I am located in Charleston, SC and received this beautiful design from a local company. We live in an elevated house and the goal is to create privacy in the backyard, which I believe this design accomplishes. The true overall price would be closer to 60k, their software didn’t let them price gas vs wood fire pit separate so it included them both in the overall price. I think the quote is reasonable and what we expected, except for the plant installation/bed prep/removal for a total of almost 16.5k. I have never had a job on the scale completed so I would just like opinions if this is within reason based on the plan.
