What should I ask my vendor to make this?

Hello Everyone,

I found this on reddit and I have downloaded the design files from Etsy. I don’t own any laser cutter. I have asked many vendors nearby they are asking me to tell the material etc.

What should I ask them? I want a really good quality with colors and everything for the catan board.
