﷽ evening sirs, one regard, current UG freshman, a few questions about consideration of UG institution of applicant with reference to statements + written material from admissions counselors

(In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful)
my question is basically whether there is any special consideration given to an applicant - not on the basis of the prestige of his undergraduate institution, but on the opposite basis
Miriam and Kristi of the Navigating Law Admissions podcast discuss that they 'like to see' applicants whose resumes demonstrate financial hardship / lower / middle-class background / consistent improvement i.e. transferring from a community college, unskilled employment during college, etc.,
and top-ranked law schools are quick to demonstrate that they accept applicants from a wide range of undergraduate institutions, however, it's written on this forum that those from HYP etc are looked upon with especial favor and I find that they are overrepresented in T14 incoming classes (and may well be a case of self-selection, but still cause for concern for someone such as myself, attending a mediocre public school)
thank you now okay here
