Seeking application advice

I have 50% LSAT on file for the school that I am trying to get into. Application is submitted but on hold cause I am taking the April LSAT. Is this too long to wait, should I ask all schools that I applied to to consider my App as is or wait back until April. I am concerned at the time it kills waiting.
