LCS on Doublelift Monologue

“Before last week’s match between TSM and 100 Thieves, we aired a segment on the LCS broadcast that reviewed the long history between Doublelift and TSM. We hoped the piece would highlight a key narrative of the match (Doublelift’s first match against his old team after returning from retirement) in an engaging way for fans.

Unfortunately, the segment did not meet our own standards for content, and for that we apologize to present and former TSM staff and players, Doublelift, and the LCS community. This was a miss from us, and moving forward, the LCS will apply a sharper filter to our editorial segments.

The LCS broadcast is a team effort. When we make mistakes on the broadcast, it is not the fault of one person. Ultimately, we are the ones accountable for the content of our shows. As a valued member of the LCS team, LeTigress continues to have our full support, and we sincerely regret the negative impact our misstep has had on her.”
