Is Linux Mint 22.1 Xfce a good option?

Hello everyone, how are you? I'm recently migrating to Linux, I currently use Linux Mint's Cinnamon DE, but my notebook's hardware is very weak (an Intel core i3 6006u). I would like to know if it would improve performance even in the slightest, switching from cinnamon to Xfce. I use the computer for simple things, like editing text articles and sometimes I program some things.
