Smell in London today

Am I going crazy or is it smelling absolutely foul outside right now? A mixture of manure and vomit! Smell was strong 10 tube stops apart in East London so not very localised.

I thought I had stepped on something but then the smell disappeared when underground only to come back with a vengeance once we came out of the tunnel!
