I need help bad!

Im 5’5” and over 200 lbs. A lot of the stuff that I see about losing weight is mostly involving a calorie deficit but if I already have a hard time remembering to eat (I’m lucky if I have 900 calories in a day) so I just don’t think that’s an option for me. Over the past 7 years or so I’ve tried diets, exercise, and I’ve gotten blood work done to see if it’s a hormonal issue but nothing was abnormal. no matter what I do the stubborn fat on my abdomen won’t go away! I really need some help or advice for this.
