It's not just Quick Match... Please stop bringing new characters to Comp

I understand new characters go brr but I should not be suffering a de-rank during my first few matches of the day because everyone is insistant on playing The Thing and Torch when they haven't even been out for 24 horus. Nobody has a competitive scope on these characters yet, please stop brute forcing something that people barely know outside of quickplay... I'm trying my best.
