What's up with all the Exodia stun decks on ladder?

Why is this deck the second most popular deck on Master rank??

I just finished my ladder climb to M1 with a dedicated go second deck to counter Snakes but ran into this multiple times

It's not even good and bricks like half the times and folds if they don't have Macro/Dimfiss
