Made a cran-apple cyser and bottled it today before starting 2 gallons of horseradish mead

Starting gravity around 1.14 with ec-1118 yeast and fermaid o. Fresh horseradish roots from my garden.

The cran/apple was from store bought juices and whole cranberries that I got about 5 gallons from. Nice and clear. Started at 1.08ish and ended at 0.99
