Best mobile for photography

Hey guys, so I'm planning to upgrade my old OnePlus 7 pro to S23u or iPhone 14p or pixel because they have the best camera. I've seen some YouTube reviews on their camera where most samples look the same and I can't decide on a single one.

Please share your experience or suggestions on which one to choose.
