GI changes postpartum?

I’m three months postpartum and feel like I’ve had a massive shift in my digestive system. Previously, I’ve easily tolerated most dairy products and consumed gluten with every meal. Since having my baby, dairy triggers insane stomach cramps & gluten causes some discomfort. I’ve eliminated dairy and considering other low FODMAP changes.

I have a dr appointment scheduled for next week. Just wondering if anyone else has personal experience with this? What tests can I expect or request at my Dr appointment?
