Where to find townhouses?

It might be just an impression, but I feel like townhouses are very rare here in Montréal compared to many developed cities. You either find condo units, plexes, semi-detached or single-family homes here.

Me and my SO are currently seeking something in-between a condo and a SFH, in the sense that we want more rooms but only a minimal or inexistant yard to maintain (semi-detached are often too much in that regard).

Any spot with great urbanism and decent quality (500-650k range)? I'm opened to the greater Montréal area (North and South shores) or in the city itself, and preferably in a green area (more trees than concrete). Thanks!
