Ultimate PCOS routine?

I've been having a bit of a search on breast nexus and found the following:

  1. High dose D3
  2. Magnesium
  3. Metformin (or Berberine?)

I've changed my diet up to low carbish now. Lots of nuts, seeds, salmon, seabass, steak, avocado etc. I have a soy milk and blueberry/spinach smoothie with collagen powder.

Supplements wise I take NAC/inositol/taurine/glycine. I've ordered MSM too but its so difficult to drink in water as it taste of rancid ass.

I've ordered a Noogleberry. And I want to start on a mini pill. Shatavari and PM?

I want to hit two birds with one stone and help my PCOS (symptoms wise its not prominent to be honest). I'm disciplines but just need a really solid routine.

Would herbal teas like spearmint help?
