Teens being little shits

I was out shopping yesterday. I wanted to get to a certain area. There were two teenagers on cellphones playing video games. Ignoring people as they tried to shop. One sitting on the floor of the store the other in the shopping cart. Yes the shopping cart. I wanted to view the items where they both were. They wouldn’t move. Their mother on the next aisle over shopping. Doesn’t it seem like these teens were very rude and obnoxious because they didn’t want to be out so they took it out on the shoppers? I see this more in the stores near me. The kids will sit on their phones while mom shops.

Do you see this where you shop? And am the only one bothered by it?
