When the temperature gets hot, the lace is brought out

I love this new two piece set I made. It's beautiful and breezy and great for the summer, and I love the way it moves. I enjoy how this set looks similar to other garments in my wardrobe, but can be worn in the summer without dying of heat 🥵 🔥 ☀️

I wanted the lace to be the focus and wanted the spin of a circle skirt still, so I hand stitched (took forever) the facing on so that it would hold a bit more weight at the hems.

But seriously, why is lace so beautiful???
