am i legally allowed to be a oneshot fan?

an i legally allowed to be a oneshot fan without ever playing the game? i have watched merg's playthrough like six times and i have the (offbrand) plushie but I also have no plans to play the game myself since i know what'll happen (unless it has Brazilian Portuguese translation so i can show it to my mom >:3)
